The method
A short cadence that keeps things on track.
Work moves in simple cycles: understand, prioritize, act with approval, and leave evidence that supports the next decision.
- Scope
We clarify the team, working languages, current providers, dependencies, and upcoming change. No password or administrative access is needed for this first scoping step.
- Business and technical owners
- Known friction and upcoming events
- Recurring work, support, and projects separated
- Establish the starting state
The starting state covers only what the scope requires: responsibilities, licences, groups, guests, roles, and change practices. It does not claim to replace a complete security assessment.
- Review and decide
Each cycle examines agreed areas, explains useful exceptions, and obtains required approval. Routine work follows written rules; sensitive changes wait for an explicit decision.
- Close the loop
The monthly record distinguishes what was observed, decided, completed, deferred, or separated into project work. Verification closes the cycle and prepares the next one.
Each cycle’s output - The useful result is not a long report that goes stale. It is a compact record where every relevant finding leads to a decision, an owner, or a verification step.

Your team retains authority.
The cadence provides accountable follow-through and a readable memory. It does not take away your organization’s decisions about access, data, spending, or exceptions.
