Canadian pricing
Two levels. Visible boundaries.
Published rates cover service per user per month. User count, exact cadence, and commercial terms must still be confirmed in writing.
Per-user pricing makes the budget legible, but it does not replace scoping. The right level depends on how frequently the tenant changes and how much follow-through is genuinely required.
Essential
39$ CAD / user / mo
For a relatively stable small team that wants accountable M365 ownership and a regular review of the fundamentals.
- Monthly review of agreed scope
- Licence, group, and guest hygiene
- Priority M365 corrections within scope
- Bilingual FR / EN service
Stronger cadence
Plus
49$ CAD / user / mo
For teams whose roles, guests, collaboration, and configuration change more often and need a stronger review cadence.
- Everything in Essential
- Stronger light-verification cadence
- Practical starting state
- Priority as defined in writing
Service price per user, per month, in Canadian dollars. Taxes and Microsoft licences extra.
What is public
Per-user, per-month pricing in CAD, before tax. Microsoft licences, third-party services, and major projects remain separate.
What the proposal must confirm
User count, exact cadence, accountable contact, start date, billing, exit terms, and any applicable response target. No unpublished SLA is implied.
A practical boundary
Adding a person under an approved checklist may fit the cycle. Redesigning all groups, consolidating tenants, or rebuilding access policy becomes separate project work.
How to choose
Essential often fits a stable team. Plus may fit when joiners, leavers, guests, or configuration changes require more verification. The higher level is not automatically the right one.
Price should stay connected to scope.
An honest comparison goes beyond $39 or $49. It checks what will be reviewed, who decides, what stays separate, and which terms will be written down before the start.
